Marshal Schwenn
Administration & Finance Worker

Marshal has spent most of his working life in business management and finance. He came to Edinburgh in the early 90's as a representative for an American medical equipment manufacturer. He decided to stay permanently after becoming captivated by the city's unique charm. When his employer returned to California, Marshal stayed in Edinburgh. Since then he has been primarily self employed in small business consulting and bookkeeping. Although spending most of his life in business Marshal's education and interests lie primarily in sociology, the life sciences and human relations. He has been involved with Wellspring Counselling Centre since 1998 fulfilling numerous duties including chairman, treasurer, company secretary and administrator. In addition to his various office jobs Marshal occasionally works as a carer and support worker for such organisations as St.Columba's Hospice and Charles River Laboratories. In his spare time he enjoys gardening and exploring the countryside near his home in Dalmeny.
